I am a 15 year old female. I want to know what will happen if blurry vision is left untreated?

Depends on the cause of your blurry vision. But if it is just because you need glasses, no, it doesn’t matter whether or not you wear glasses. It won’t make your vision or your prescription get better or worse.
It can cause headaches and affect your quality of life
It's best treated to see well. If left untreated, there could be visual hazards that may affect your life in missing obstacles and may injure yourself.
