Most likely nothing. But it is enough to cause severe irriatation of the stomach wall. If you feel severe gastirc discomfort, and especially if you get a bloody stool, you sould seek medical attention immediately becuase that would mean that you have a bleeding ulcer, which ibuprofen is prone to cause.
