It depends on what is going on with it. You would need to get it checked out first but you can go to a chiropractor for that.
That is a sign of Spinal joint instability. I recommend you get checked out by a good Chiropractic Doctor.
It is common for people to hear a cracking sound in their neck when they move it. In most cases, this sound is not a cause for concern.

There are two common causes of cracking: joints shifting or tight tendons. Joints can make a popping sound as a result of small pockets of air that are released in the neck. This is known as cavitation and is similar to the sound you hear when you crack your knuckles. If the popping is from a joint then the popping will only occur once per 20 minutes or more. Tendons on the other hand can pop over and over and they rub or snap against each other from a muscle imbalance or built up scar tissue.

If the cracking sound is accompanied by pain, stiffness, or limited mobility in your neck, it may be a sign of an underlying issue that requires medical attention. These may include:

Osteoarthritis: This is a condition that affects the joints, causing them to break down and become inflamed, which can result in pain and stiffness.

Degenerative Disc Disease: This is a condition that occurs when the discs between the vertebrae in the neck break down, causing pain and discomfort.

Cervical Spinal Stenosis: This is a narrowing of the spinal canal in the neck that can put pressure on the nerves and cause pain, numbness, and weakness.

If you're experiencing neck pain, stiffness, or limited mobility along with the cracking sound, it's best to seek medical attention. A chiropractor or other medical professional can perform a thorough evaluation to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and recommend an appropriate treatment plan.

While it's common to hear a cracking sound when you move your neck, it's important to pay attention to any accompanying symptoms and seek medical attention if necessary.

Normal just a sign of hypermobility
Any joint will make a "crack" when its surfaces go from fitting together perfectly to a condition which generates a vacuum. When you are moving your neck in its normal range, a crack suggests that there are other bones of the neck which are not moving. Were you my patient, the focus would be
No there is possibly a problem.
If you are hearing cracking all the time when you move your neck, chances are there is some misalignment or the vertebrae or narrowing of the joint space such as disc degeneration or facet joint arthritis. Manipulation and stretching of the neck May be very helpful. I hope it helps. Take care and be well. Dr. Eric Miller- Orland Park, IL
I would say that is not normal and you should have someone look at that.
