“When can I exercise after nose surgery?”
I am a 27 year old female. I want to know when can I exercise after nose surgery?

Rhinoplasty recovery can be different for everyone. It's best to wait 3-4 weeks to return to you regular exercise routine. If you exert yourself too soon after surgery, you could cause additional swelling at the surgical site.
Hope that helps.

Exercising too soon after rhinoplasty can interfere with the healing process. Patients should refrain from cardio or high impact aerobics during the first couple of weeks post op. Take it easy and enjoy a ight walk instead.

You can walk, go to dinner, etc., even the day of surgery if you are feeling up for it, though I ask my patients to take it easy for the first two weeks after surgery. After 2-3 weeks, it is okay to do non-strenuous exercises, like go on long walks, sit on a stationary bike to do some light peddling, etc. I ask them to avoid heavy exercise for 6 weeks to allow everything to heal. This also includes contact sports, which could damage your nose while it is healing. Heavy exercise can also worsen the swelling and so should be avoided for 6 weeks for that reason.
