I will have a root canal next week. When can you eat after a root canal?

General rule is anything you can cut with a fork and it passes smoothly. Nothing crunchy, spicy or too hot.
After root canal treatment, please take the Medication prescribed by your dentist, warm salt water rinse and have soft food, to avoid further trauma.
