“When is anger pathological?”
I have anxiety attacks very often. How can I tell if the bursts of anger I get are normal? When is anger pathological?

Feeling angry is a normal emotional. But the ease of it being triggered and the difficulty processing and letting go can be problematic.
The best option for you is to be treated for your condition by a psychiatrist as well as have therapy to learn anger management skills.

Getting angry when there’s an obvious reason is expected and should lead to thinking about what happened and how to respond and anticipate the future. Getting angry and staying angry without having the motivation or capacity to think about why and what to do sounds like a problem. Thoughts about hurting others are dangerous. Please see a psychotherapist or a pastoral counselor or a primary care doctor if you’re having trouble.
