I am a 48 year old male and I have a heart arrhythmia. When should I be concerned about heart arrhythmia?

There are different kinds of arrhythmias, some are benign and harmless and some can be dangerous. Consult your cardiologist for that please.
Heart arrhythmia are for the most part abnormal and should be checked out ASAP for the type, underlying treatable cause and possible cure.
Some respond to lifestyle changes, medications and therapy received earlier is better than later.
