When it is unresponsive to tylenol
Or NSAID
ASAP.
Is it kidney pain or low back pain??? Better to check it out.
FOUR main indications to see a doctor or go to the ER with KIDNEY DZ:

1) SEVERE PAIN THAT DOES NOT RESPOND TO OTC ANALGESICS
2) SIGNS OF INFECTION--i.e., FEVER/CHILLS/SWEATS
3) CONSTITUTIONAL SYMPTOMS--i.e., nausea/vomiting/dehydration/weakness
4) URINARY SX--i.e., blood in urine, difficulty urinating, pain with urinating
When it is severe or you have a fever. You should go to a clinic and have your urine tested if you have not done so.
