I am sorry to hear that you are positive for COVID: Research has been inconclusive about ivermectin helping patients with COVID and so should not be used to treat or prevent at this time. If you keep in touch with your primary care doctor, you are a candidate for monoclonal antibodies which are effective for preventing the severe progression of COVID 19 as long as your symptoms developed less than 10 days ago. If you cannot contact your PCP, your local hospital may be able to help you
