Which beta-blocker is preferred for heart arrhythmias?

I have a heart arrhythmia. I want to take a beta-blocker. Which beta-blocker is preferred for heart arrhythmias?

Depends which arrhythmia. Also, most medications don't cure arrhythmias. That being said, if you have arrhythmias from the upper chamber of the heart (Atria), then calcium channel blockers are typically better like Cardizem or Diltiazem. If the arrhythmia is from the lower chamber of the heart, then Beta Blockers (Metoprolol Succinate) are good.
Depends on what agrees with the patient, but Metoprolol and Bisoprolol are commonly used.
