I have varicocele and want to fix it. Which is the best treatment for varicocele?

The best treatment is using fluoroscopy (X-ray) and putting tiny coils into the vein that feeds the varicocele. It's done under local anesthesia and mild sedation.
Only reasons to fix a varicocele is 1. Scrotal pain or clotting in the varicocele, 2. Infertility. Don't try to fix it if you don't have either of those issues. Best treatment is endovascular, where they occlude veins in the abdomen and pelvis that contribute to or are causing the varicocele. This is an invasive procedure.
