My daughter has the flu. I want to give her medicine. Which medicine is best for flu in children?

It depends on the symptoms you are trying to treat. Tylenol for fever and body aches mostly.
tylenol of advil for the fevers and aches - plenty of fluids - rest - that's about all one can do - there is no "medicine" that cures the flu other than tamiflu helps shorten it some but your pediatrician would need to decide if that was appropriate or not.
