Which tooth is the hardest to extract?

I am a 48 year old female. I want to know which tooth is the hardest to extract?

All teeth vary in level of difficulty. Several variables (a severely decayed tooth, ankylosed teeth, etc) can increase how hard it is to remove a tooth. Generally speaking, front teeth are usually the easiest.
Generally lower impacted third molars or wisdom teeth are the hardest teeth to extract.

A wisdom tooth is normally the hardest.
Hello
Category 3 impacted wisdom teeth
It depends on the orientation, location, and root morphology of the tooth. Assuming they are all straight without any abnormality in size or impact dentition at any undesirable location, your upper canine would be the hardest to extract.
