I am a 23 year old male. I want to know why can you die if you rise too fast when scuba diving?

It depends on how deep you go, of course, but the Bends may occur and, depending upon the severity of the process, you can die. You can easily look this up. Also, it isn’t recommended you go diving and then even though you go through the process of ascending, you don’t fly within, I believe, 48 hours.
