Gastroenterologist Questions Gastroenterologist

Why do I feel pain at my heart while breathing, swallowing, and coughing?

The pain is intense and keeps increasing. Medical History: I was operated on from an umbilical hernia at the age of 13. I have had issues with my stomach and intestines since birth so I constantly have issues with my bowel. I am barely able to eat properly now cause my intestines are constantly irritated, I constantly have watery stool as I go months without a normal stool. I was diagnosed with HBV in 2020 well my viral load was quite abnormal. I constantly have flu, and eruption of boils on my body and feel intense pain in my intestines daily life feels like hell. I suspect I may have Crohn's disease, as my intestines keep becoming worse as days go by. Or might be something worse, I really have gone to several hospitals but the actual cause hasn't been found, and now my heart feels like it's on and overworked. As for my intestines, when I drink water I end up vomiting it back and it's extremely acidic. My throats end up being burnt and swallowing becomes difficult. Each time this begins, my heart follows as well, and having my different body organs hurt at the same time is killing me. I am already at my limit and don't wish to keep visiting the hospital and nothing concrete is found.

Please go see your doctor or ER.
Going to the hospital/ER is not going to give you an answer. It sounds like you need to see a gastroenterologist for an outpatient work up. First, it should be determined if there is any inflammatory condition of the bowel, e..g. Crohns. If this is ruled out then look for other explanations for pain, especially neurological problems of the gut, so called functional disease or disorder of brain-gut interaction.
I am sorry you have felt so bad for so long. I like you, believe it is gastrointestinal. The vomiting can irritate the esophagus and cause “chest pain”. I believe you need to see a gastroenterologist. If you have seen one, the you need to be referred to a tertiary care facility to be to the bottom of your situation. It sounds either infectious or inflammatory.
