Cardiologist Questions Cardiologist

Why do I have high pulse rate, fatigue, and out of breath?

Since March of 2021 I have been having chest pain, high pulse rate and fatigued and out of breath upon exertion and since August my heart races while resting and sleeping. I was seen by a Cardiologist in April who did an angiogram and said no blockage so it is not your heart. He said, it was GERD, but I had an upper GI and all was good in December of 2020 no problems, no ulcers nothing. The Cardiologist also did a test to see if I had any artery blockage in my legs and my right leg is 50 percent up high and left leg is 20 percent up high. I am looking for some insights so I can get back to doing all my activities.

Please have your physical order blood tests, Thyroid profiles, Electrolytes, and Liver profile. Also, check for allergies, including food allergy.
Your symptoms could be any number of things. The first thing to investigate would be your heart rhythm. It is possible that an abnormal rhythm could cause all these problems and would not necessarily be connected to blockages in your heart vessels and your leg vessels. Perhaps your cardiologist could recommend a monitor for you to determine if you have intermittent abnormal rhythms.
Your symptoms are not consistent with a GI problem. A good primary care doctor should be able to advise you further. It might be a pulmonary, thoracic, or musculoskeletal problem.
