Pinguecula. Get an eye exam and wear sunglasses, polarized.
The slightly enlarged conjunctival blood vessels will give the a slightly yellow cast. This is not hepatitis. You also may have slightly dry eye or allergies.

There are many reasons the conjunctiva can have a yellow tinge including, but not limited to age, infections, smoking, over-exposure to sun, and liver dysfunction. If you have tried using artificial tears and have seen no improvement, it is prudent to see your eye doctor (optometrist or ophthalmologist) so that they can look under a microscope and perform diagnostic tests to rule out any serious issued.
The most common reason is long-term sun exposure. Another unlikely reason is jaundice because something is up with your liver. Because you are kind of young to ascribe this to lifelong sun exposure, you may want to discuss this with an actual doctor in person (not Zoom), who may order liver function and other tests. Good luck!
It's hard to see in the picture but if the yellow is all over then you may have a liver problem. If it's just in one small area, it's most likely from sun damage.
Jaundice? Could be pinguecula.
