“Why do my hands feel cold and painful?”
During winters my hands feel extremely cold and hurt a lot. They feel stiff. Why does this happen and what can I do to get relief?

May be you have Raynauds's problem .You have to go to your MD to get some medicine to treat vasospasm and get some blood work done
