My baby is 4 months old and he urinates every hour. Is this normal?

Yes. Before an individual develops voluntary control of his/her bladder, usually around age 2-3 years or later, the bladder automatically contracts to expel urine when it reaches its capacity. For a 4-month-old, that capacity is tiny, and so the baby urinates very frequently.
