After general anesthesia, I have high blood pressure. Is it normal? What could I do?

It should not be high. See an internist to evaluate your blood pressure.
If you never knew you had high blood pressure, sometimes after general anesthesia it may show off and you may need some meds to treat this. You should anyway talk to your primary care doctor. Sometimes it will go away in a few days. But it is always better to check with your primary care doc.
While having high blood pressure is never normal, it might be explained by having anxiety after waking up from anesthesia whether you realize it or not. I would assume your blood pressure normalizes once you exit the operating room and recovery area.
