“Why would my stomach growl now?”
I was taking emprozal but I am not now because it was bothering me. Why is my stomach growling and feeling full?

Find underlying cause. Go see a GI specialist.
Why are you taking omeprazole? You may have side effects or you may have an undiagnosed gastrointestinal condition. Visit your physician to discuss.
I need more information in order to answer. Why were you taking omeprazole? Stomach growling could be normal or a sign of fluid in the small bowel. Feeling full could indicate delayed gastric emptying. A full history and physical exam would be advised to help figure out what the problem is.
