Widespread symptoms?

I tested negative for COVID at the beginning of August. The doctors told me I had a double ear infection, sinus infection, and strep throat. I was extremely fatigued for about 10 days. (I have been fatigued for almost a year now as well) I was super congested, developed a cough, I was nauseous, my throat hurt. Two weeks later I was told I needed to get the antibody test because of sports purposes at my school. I was positive for IgM and negative for igg. They swabbed my nose again that day and it was still negative, but they treated it as if it was positive.

I had to go back in quarantine and during that time my throat became even more swollen and my symptoms continued. I was having intense pain on the left side of my spine near where the neck attaches to the head and severe pain in my left trap and left arm. It has been two months and that has still not gone away. My left ear gives me a lot of pain, my throat is still swollen, my lymph nodes are swollen, and I have a couple of knots on the left of my spine (almost on it.) My throat also feels like it has something in it all the time. I get sharp headaches sometimes that cause my vision to get messed up (but only for a few seconds at a time).

I cannot eat things like steak and other things that you have to chew a lot because it is a struggle to swallow. I am still congested. I still have a cough. I get winded super easily, and when I breathe I choke sometimes. My throat still looks super irritated. I have yellow/white lines going down my esophagus that will not go away. I have tried medicine for a sinus infection and strep, steroid pack, nasal spray, and home remedies. I have been tested for mono, pneumonia, I have had a chest x-ray, echocardiogram, and my CBC is normal. Nothing I am doing is working though and it seems to be getting worse little by little. I have also not been able to sing for four months and I have been hoarse for at least a month.

Should see ENT physician. Appears sinus CT is indicated. Polymerase Chain reaction test is only good test for Covid-19. Antigen test and Antibody tests not as specific.
