“Will I be okay?”
Ok so I'm currently six weeks pregnant and I stopped taking my lexapro for a week it's 10mg I noticed withdrawal today so I continue to take it again will my baby be okay? I also got the flu earlier in pregnancy and my temp got up to 103 I just wish I could get a referral to the hospital to see if everything is growing properly.

I would have not recommended going off your Lexapro at 10 mg. Please restart and feel better. Call your OB's office and schedule an early appointment for reassurance. SSRI's are generally safe in pregnancy other than Paxil. The North American Society for Psychosocial Obstetrics and Gynecology would recommend staying on Lexapro. J. Murphy MD.
