Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it, since trying to let UTIs resolve on their own may result in an ascending infection and more detrimental problems such as renal disease. I would recommend bringing your dog in to their primary care veterinarian, so they can perform a culture and susceptibility on their urine and prescribe proper antibiotics.
