I was diagnosed with heart arrhythmia. Will heart arrhythmia go on its own?

Rarely but it can.
It can come back A N Y T I M E.
That depends on what kind of arrhythmia it is. Arrhythmia is a very generic word and can include many kinds. That being said, there are very benign ones and not so benign. My advice is to see an arrhythmia specialist.
