I have a kidney infection. Will kidney infection resolve on its own?

Usually kidney infections (urinary tract infections) require a course or more of antibiotics. I would always take kidney infections seriously as they may quickly progress to a case of wide spread infection called sepsis which can be fatal. Do not delay treatment and always consult with your doctor.
