I am not sure if my daughter should get the covid shot or not, she is now eligible. Will my 16 year old have a bad reaction to the covid shot if she was allergic to the meningitis shot?

No. None of the mRNA (Pfizer and Moderna) vaccines have anything in common with the meningitis vaccine.
