Will rhinoplasty make my nose smaller?

I am a 32 year old female. I want to know will rhinoplasty make my nose smaller?

Yes
A rhinoplasty can alter the look of the nose and can make the nose smaller in some ways, depending on each individual's nose and what changes they want made to it.
It certainly could, depending upon the deformity you're trying to correct. Some patients have a very wide nose and others have a very bulbous tip. In those cases, you certainly would see a reduction in size. Other corrective changes may be more of correcting a deformity or distortion, but not necessarily making it smaller.

That really depends. Rhinoplasty can make your nose narrower, or make the tip area smaller or more refined, or sometimes it can just make it straighter without making it smaller. It is different for each patient. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon in consultation so that you can determine what is possible for you individually.
