I am a 52 year old female. I will have a mammography. Will undergoing mammography tell me if I'm cancer free?

Mammography helps us detect cancer. If we suspect cancer, there will be a additional workup to determine if you have breast cancer e.g. biopsy, or additional imaging e.g. MRI etc.
