“X-rayed twice”
Ive made an x-ray to my spine Pa and lateral three days ago. Is that safe ?

of course, in fact low dose radiation has been shown to have a protective effect over tiime.
Yes, PA and lateral cervical spine x ray imparts very little radiation and by itself causes no immediate or long term harm. Numerous x rays, however, could be harmful in younger patients due to radiation exposure of the thyroid. X rays and especially CT scans should be kept to a minimum.
