“Yeast infection treatment?”
I was prescribed fluconazole 150 mg daily for 5 days. Is this dosage correct?

Usually, fluconazole is a single dose of 150mg. Why a 5-day course was prescribed could be likely from your history? Recurrent infection? It is hard to tell.
Do not take it every day since this medication lasts in your body longer. Flucanazole 150 mg can be taken every 3 days if you have severe yeast infection. For mild infection, you can just take 1 pill now, repeat in a week if you still vaginal itching. One pill usually works pretty well for mild vaginal yeast infection.
