There are over-the-counter creams and vaginal suppositories, you can use these if not allergic to their ingredients, and also call your infectious disease dr or whatever doctor manages your other chronic malady. Feel better!
Hi,

Couple of things can be done. Short term: get an antifungal (assuming it is) vaginal insert to be used for the duration on the package. Sitz bath twice daily and wash with clean water dry properly.
Long Term: cut down on your sweet intake. Test for diabetes. Include large amounts of fresh green vegetables washed properly (uncooked) in your diet.
You can see your health care provider who can verify your diagnosis or determine that you have one of several other infections which are very similar.
You can try over the counter monistat and if your symptoms don’t resolve you should see your gynecologist.
