For the last two days I am having abdominal pain towards my right side. What could be wrong?

Could be gallbladder, abdominal wall pain, renal stone, dyspepsia, etc.
Please see your physician for further testing.
The answer is to see a doctor. It could be anything from appendix to gallbladder to ulcer disease or nothing. If it persists see a doctor and find out
