i have dark itchy marks all over my body i’ve been to a hospital 3 times they don’t know that’s wrong

Hello there! Similar rashes are seen in conditions such as eczema and pityriasis rosea (looks pink in fair skin and brown on melanin-aided/darker skin. I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose this skin condition so appropriate treatment can be given!
