Can I rub my eyes with contacts?

I am a 23 year old female. I wonder if I can rub my eyes with contacts?

Rubbing your eyes might increase the chance of getting a foreign body inside your eye such as dirt, dust, or any unwanted material. This should be avoided, with or without contact lenses, to prevent infections or further damage to the eyes.
It is not advised. You can cause a corneal abrasion, or a scratch on the front part of your eye.
Rubbing your eyes is never a good idea, and probably worse in contact lenses. The first thing I would recommend is using artificial tears, but the real question is- why are you rubbing your eyes? A good eye exam should help figure that out.
Not a great idea to rub your eyes at all these days, but it's very easy to knock your lens out of position if you apply that kind of pressure. Never fun to have to fish for it under your lid.
Best not to rub as your contacts could come off and be lost
