Only a dentist can decide after an examination.
Yes and no. Depending on how bad the attachment loss is.
A qualified yes, they can tighten up...sometimes. It depends on the source of the problem, diagnosis of why it is loose. Periodontal disease will have bone loss which causes the teeth to loosen, but with periodontal care, bone can sometimes regrow and tighten. Root canal infections will also loosen teeth, but with proper root canal treatment, they often tighten up. If you
have poor occlusion and are hitting too hard, it will loosen unless the bite is corrected. Fractures, will not heal and need to be extracted usually.
Good luck.
A loose tooth usually means bone loss. A periodontist would be the one to see to evaluate if the tooth can be salvaged.
There are a number of issues that can cause a tooth to loosen and need to be addressed quickly by a professional. We have seen teeth tighten back up when certain conditions have been met, but we can’t stress enough that any time there is a loose tooth, time is of the essence and please seek immediate professional support.

The easy answer is yes that is possible. However, that all depends on how much bone loss you have around that tooth and the reason for the tooth becoming loose. You would have to contact a local dentist for them to do a thorough exam with x-rays.
Yes, it is possible for a loose tooth to tighten back up, but it depends on many factors, such as the degree of looseness, and how much damage has already been done to the gums and bone around the loose tooth. If too much damage has already been done, it is possible that the tooth won't be able to tighten back up.
The answer is both yes and no. A loose tooth may tighten up and reduce its mobility if the underlying infection has been controlled. However, If too much bone has been lost, there may not be enough bone regeneration to properly stabilize the tooth. It its important to speak with one's dentist regarding their specific case to see what options may be available.
