Can anesthesia cause memory issues?

I am a 20 year old male. I wonder if anesthesia can cause memory issues?

If you are young and healthy it’s not common to have a memory loss.
Yes it does it depends on what memory you are asking about and what type of anesthesia
Yes. Some drugs are specifically "amnestics", intended to prevent memories to be properly stored. The usual effect of sedatives and anesthetics is to cause memory loss for recent events, for events during procedures, and for events immediately after procedures.

Some drugs could affect your memory and could produce disorientation.
