“Can anesthesia cause migraines?”
I am a 38 year old female. After spinal anesthesia I have a really bad migraine. Can anesthesia cause migraines?

Post-spinal headache is the most common complication after spinal block. It's different from migraines that it appear when you stand up; it's postural and relieves when you lay down in bed. If this is the case, you should go to an emergency room. I believe that spinal block could trigger a migraine headache.
