There are many avenues with this. Medication or mental health treatments, if you been diagnosed first by your provider. A lot of times, it is something of a soul agreement and dealing with other souls causing the symptoms. Research has shown spiritual holistic health can help along with what medication works for you and then eventually maintaining control and in hopes to be off medication. Spiritual counseling could be a good benefit, they can provide the tools and sessions.
Of course it can be treated
Bipolar and ADHD are two separate diagnosis. Bipolar must be correctly diagnosed before prescribing any meds. Some medications can actually prompt a manic response. Adhd is usually treated with stimulants. Both diagnosis must be property managed closely with the correct meds.
Therapy is very helpful to anyone with/without any psychiatric diagnosis. Medication helps along with this. I am a big fan of treating patients in your position with adhd meds first. My practice has a gym attached. I show patients correct ways to lift/workout. Gym is better than meds with the exception of ADHD. I was taught to lift weights properly starting at age 12, later college track and played national women's rugby. I am feeling the pain of not getting gym time.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is effective in mild cases. For those with more significant disease states, science strongly recommends a combination of psychopharmacology & CBT. I am also a strong advocate for proper nutrition and daily exercise which means more than 60 ,minutes of aerobic movement above your normal daily activity. Also, avoid high sugary processed foods due to the inflammatory impact it will have on your brain metabolic activity. I hope this information helps.

Of course. Bipolar meds do not interfere with stimulants. BUT be sure you have ADHD and that the symptoms are not hypomania!
