Chiropractic can adjust your pelvis which usually results in reduction of that pain.
Chiropractors can adjust pelvic bones to correct misalignment or Subluxation that if it the source of pain than adjustment might have the effect on pain.
I would start to examine the source of pain, first.
Short answer: Yes!
Longer answer: Treatment from any responsible health professional must first include a proper health history and examination to determine which treatments would be safe and most likely effective. Additionally, each specialist must also determine whether any patient's condition is within their "scope-of-practice"; determined by their profession's statutes and training.
