Can doing eye exercises help my eyes?

I am nearsighted and have to wear glasses. Are there any vision exercises that can help me?

No
Unfortunately, I'm not convinced that any exercise will affect your nearsightedness. In most cases the primary cause seems to be inheritance, with some questionable data that long durations of reading may increase the progression of nearsightedness (myopia). I'm not convinced that this actually has any impact on the vast majority of patients.
Unfortunately, there is no eye exercise to help with the vision.
There are exercises called tha Bates programme which claim to help. It is very limited
There are no scientific studies that I know of to support the idea that myopia can be reversed by exercise.
No, eye exercises have not been demonstrated to improve near-sightedness; prolonged near work in childhood has been reported to be a risk factor for the development of near-sightedness, and children who wear glasses with a prescription for near-sightedness which is too strong may actually develop more near-sightedness than if they wear glasses with a prescription, which undercorrects their near-sightedness.
NO!
Although this question comes up frequently, “eye exercises “ are of no benefit. Sorry for the bad news!
Sorry! No. Per many studies, based on the evidence of science, the only thing eye exercises have ever been able to help is convergence insufficiency.
No exercise can help apart from looking at distant objects to relax the eye and reduce eye muscle spasms that makes myopia worse. Hence avoid close work, handphones and computers.
