Can dry eye damage reversed?

I am a 21 year old female and I have extremely dry eyes. Can dry eye damage reversed?

Yes and no depends on how long you have dey eyes and severity of it. Please see your optometrist asap to manage your eye conditions before it’s gone too far.

Hi, it depends on how long your eyes have been dry. If you have severe dry eye for a prolonged period of time over years, changes can be permanent, especially the changes related to the root cause of your dry eye. And of course mild dry eye is easier to treat than severe dry eye. Since you are 21 and not 61, I would predict that your dry eye damage would not be permanent.
