“After a heart surgery, will my daughter live a normal life?”
My daughter is 5 years old and has had a cardiac surgery because she had a hole in the heart. Will she have a normal childhood post this surgery?

In general, yes. But it does depend on whether there are any other problems with her heart. You should discuss this with your paediatric cerdiologist or surgeon – it is a very reasonable question to ask.
Yes. She is cured. Talk to your surgeon regarding long-term follow up. But no worries: she'll be normal with a badge of honor from the surgery.
