Can sleep apnea cause irregular breathing and chest pain?

I am on ResMed machine for 2 years I am overweight but find breathing irregular and chest pain.

Sleep apnea would never cause chest pains.It also would not cause daytime or weak breathing symptoms unless it has caused chronic respiratory failure which is somewhat unusual. You should consult yo usual physician for evaluation
