My 16 year old was diagnosed with tachycardia. Can tachycardia go away by itself?

Depends on the cause. Simple sinus tachycardia can go away by itself, but If it’s Reenterant tachycardia WPW syndromes, it needs treatment with ablation. You should consult a pediatric Electrophsiologist.
