I am a 29 year old female. I want to know if you can feel an egg release from ovary?

Sometimes...A dull ache between periods.
The egg us in a cyst. When that cyst ruptures, it can cause pain. Most of the time you do not know this happens. But sometimes you can get pain and know when an egg releases.

In many instances women in the reproductive age could "feel" the instant of an egg release- known as ovulation. This may depend on "force" with which the egg extrude out of the ovary and it is not unusual.

Yes, some women feel it as pain for a day mid cycle or you could have spotting for a day or 2.
