I am a 22 year old female and I want to get pregnant. Can you get pregnant on fertile days or just ovulation day?

You can get pregnant during several days in a given cycle. Usually 2 days before to 1 day after ovulation would be the most fertile days.

If you have a 28 day menstrual cycle the one unprotected intercourse every OTHER day from cycle day 10 to 17 is the optimal way to achieve pregnancy. Day 1 is your first day if full flow not spotting

Both because sperm can live at least 48 hours in the female.
Fertile day is the ovulation day which is 1 day per menstrual cycle. If you have intercourse on the day of ovulation or the day before ovulation day or the day after ovulation day, you should still be able to get pregnant.
