I am a 32 year old female. I have two kids but want to be a social worker. Can you have a flexible schedule as a social worker?

Yes, being a social worker allows a lot of flexibility. You will have a variety of venues to choose from, and a variety of hours to choose from. It is paramount that you become licensed then even more doors are opened for you.
I believe yes. It all depends on the place of employment.
This really depends on your employer. Most positions are daytime schedules, but some positions require weekends and on call. Social Work positions vary and are unique to the particular position. If you are self-employed as an LCSW then you are able to make your own schedule.
