A true dislocated knee is a surgical emergency with perhaps Limb threatening consequences. You most likely dislocated your kneecap. Once the kneecap is reduced and held stable you can bear weight and should be able to walk with your knee straight until everything heals and then you can resume normal walking. That typically is anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks. Sometimes you need surgery to reattach ligaments.
Not with a true knee dislocation. Most commonly, when someone says they "dislocated my knee," usually equate to a dislocation of the kneecap. It often self reduces. I would recommend consultation with an orthopedic surgeon to discuss conservative management.

Not unless it has been reduced (put back into place).

No, if you have a true dislocation of your knee you cannot walk. You probably dislocated your patella which is also called the kneecap.
A dislocated knee is very rare. Would need to see the X-ray.
The knee dislocation (just knee cap or the tibio-femoral) needs urgent attention. You should to see a doctor. Dislocation can cause ligament, soft tissue and Bony injury. Walking on it can cause further damage. Please see your doctor for evaluation and follow the advice based on assessment.
Thanks.
