“Could this be a concussion?”
During my last football practice, I hit my head on the ground two days ago. And since then, my headache has only gotten worse. Could this be a concussion?

Definition of concussion is you must lose consciousness. Here, you hit your head on a soft surface. Not a concussion, but post-traumatic headache is an issue here.
Yes. It is part of post-concussion syndrome. Other symptoms can include dizziness, sleep disturbance, trouble thinking and concentrating, and losing interest in things you used to enjoy.
